The pours you’ll enjoy there are the product of the 温特斯高地AVA, 本州最新的AVA, 2023年指定, a testimony to the unique terroir of the region that imbues the wines here with their own distinct character. If your visit dates are flexible, book a spot at one of the winery’s many 特别活动，例如 环球晚宴系列, a unique, multi-course international meal paired with Berryessa wines.

Right around the corner from Berryessa you’ll find Rhône varietals such as Syrah and Viognier being poured at Turkovich家族葡萄酒, whose tasting room also has an artisan cheese 商店. To change things up on your tippling tour of 冬天, stop by the aperitif tasting lounge at 阿普拉西三人组. This women-owned-and-operated establishment crafts 法国-inspired, low-alcohol aperitifs by infusing local wine with seasonal fruit and botanicals, and they also serve a selection of perfectly paired appetizers.
